Post-Treatment Care
What to Expect
- Mild redness, tightness, or dryness
- Light flaking or peeling may occur within 2–5 days
- In some cases, visible peeling may be minimal — this does not affect results
First 24–48 Hours
- Avoid heat (hot showers, saunas, workouts)
- Do not cleanse the skin the evening of your treatment
- Avoid applying makeup for at least 24 hours (if possible)
Ongoing Care (5-7 Days)
- Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 30+ daily
- Use only gentle, hydrating, non-active skincare products
- Avoid retinoids, AHA/BHA, scrubs, and active ingredients
- Do not pick, peel, or exfoliate flaking skin
- Avoid waxing, threading, or hair removal in the area
- Avoid laser treatments or other resurfacing procedures for at least 14 days
General Care
- Keep skin well hydrated. This supports proper healing and barrier repair
- Gentle cleansing and moisturizing are key during the recovery phase
Supporting Your Results
Your results are influenced not only by the treatment itself, but by how your skin heals in the days that follow.
To support optimal outcomes:
- Stay well hydrated
- Focus on nutrient-dense, whole foods to support skin repair
- Minimize alcohol and excess sugar for 24-72 hours
- Prioritize rest and recovery
- Follow your recommended treatment plan and series
Treatment Notes
- Not all chemical peels result in visible peeling — cellular renewal still occurs beneath the surface
- Results are cumulative and best achieved through a series of treatments
- Temporary dryness, flaking, or mild breakouts can occur as the skin renews
