With over 20 years of operations and management experience, Chelsie brings a grounded,relational approach to clinic operations. As a natural integrator, she brings teams, systems, andpriorities together in a way that feels connected, supportive, and intentional.
Her focus is supporting day-to-day clinic operations and team function by building on what isalready in place, helping create a space that feels clear, consistent, and well supported. Rooted incare and connection, Chelsie is known for her calm, reliable presence and thoughtful behind-the-scenes structure that builds trust and consistency across teams.
At the heart of her approach is a belief that meaningful impact starts with how people aresupported. Chelsie is intentional about cultivating a culture rooted in kindness, respect, andclarity—where people feel valued and connected, and where that sense of care naturally extendsinto the client experience.
