How many treatments will I need?

Depending on your Fractora treatment regime, you can expect to have between 1-6 sessions.

How quickly will I see results?

Visible results can be seen immediately, but typically after two weeks the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue up to three months after treatment.

Can this be used in combination with other treatments?

Fractora can be used in the same treatment session, or a few days after other treatments. Fractora can also be combined with additional InMode energy treatments or injectables to achieve a more extensive full face result.

What kind of post procedure care is required?

Patients should moisturize the treatment area and avoid direct sun exposure. It is also recommended that patients use a good, broad spectrum sunscreen every day. Makeup can be applied 1 to 2 days after the treatment. Patients should expect to see micro lesions a few days after treatment and slight redness for up to 1 week depending on treatment parameters.

Will Dermaplaning make my hair grow back darker and/or thicker?

No, this is physiologically impossible. Hormones are responsible for hair growth. The soft, fine vellus hair will grow back slowly – usually in about 4 weeks and no different than it was previously.

How often can this procedure be done?

Dermaplaning can be done every 3-4 weeks. Treating the skin in this manner removes about 2 – 3 weeks’ worth of dead skin cells. You should leave enough time between treatments to allow the skin to complete its normal skin cycle of approximately 30-45 days before repeating.

If I want to add a peel, how do I know which one is right for me?

How can a laser get rid of fat cells?

The laser safely and rapidly heats up your skin, targeting its energy to the level beneath your skin there the fat exists. Your fat is heated by the last energy causing it to break down and die. Once the f ar is affected and eliminated, it is gone for good.

What can I expect from the treatment?

Each person is different but you can expect minimal to no discomfort during the treatment. Immediately following treatment, you may experience some redness or minor swelling that will diminish after a few hours. You can resume your daily activities immediately following the treatment.

Where does the fat go?

After the treatment, the fat breaks down and is either naturally processed by the body or eliminated from the body all together.

What does it feel like?

The first part of the treatment consists of deep heating over the desired treatment area. Initially you may feel a gradual warming and after a few minutes you may experience some very brief hot sensations in the treatment area. The overall sensation can be similar to a hot stone massage or a dry sauna. The second part involves more superficial heating. Depending on the treatment area, the heat generated is slightly more intense but still very tolerable. Post treatment your skin will feel warm to the touch and may be pink or even red for a few days.

How long does it take to see results?
